To read library books through Libby with your eReader device, you'll have to link the two together. For all kindle models, follow the instructions on Libby's help page to successfully read Libby books on your kindle.

hoopla is available to download onto all kindle models EXCEPT for Kindle Paperwhite. Any tablet or eReader you have that has an "App Store" or "Play Store" should be able to download hoopla directly.

If you're having trouble accessing your Kanopy account, you may want to try the following suggestions:

• Double check that your library card is not expired. You can call any branch to confirm at 313-640-4775. If you do need to update your library card, bring your driver's license/valid state ID with your current address into the nearest branch to update. If you do not your current address on a valid picture ID, then you will need to provide proof of residency (a lease agreement, utilities bill with your address on it, etc). Refer to our "Become a Member" page for more information.
• Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on all of your devices.
• Try resetting your password by following the steps provided on Kanopy's help page.
• You may have to 'reauthenticate' your account. Follow the steps here on Kanopy's help page.
