This policy establishes the guidelines for the use of the 3D printer at the Library
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that does not interfere with others or that does not disturb the nature of library.
In support of life-long learning, the Grosse Pointe Public Library provides free exam proctoring to cardholders and guest patrons of the library.
Freedom of Information Act
Library documents and records shall be available to the public in accordance with the Michigan Freedom of Information Act.
Lending Periods & Fees
Checkout length and fines vary by material type. One renewal is allowed on most items. Materials may be renewed electronically through your account.
Local Authors & Artists Material Donation
GPPL supports local literary and creative efforts by giving local authors and artists the opportunity to include their works in the library’s collection.
Maker Space Policy
The DREAM Lab is available for free to library patrons. This policy outlines the use and scheduling of the DREAM lab.
The GPPL provides free public portable chargers for small mobile devices. Portable chargers are available at the circulation desk of any branch.
Portable DVD Players
The GPPL provides free Portable DVD Players for use with public computers. Portable DVD Players are available at the circulation desk of any branch.
It is the policy of the Grosse Pointe Public Library to preserve the privacy of circulation records of its patrons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
